What a US$100 company due-diligence report actually contains

Product · 4 minute read

A flat-price report is worth buying when you know exactly what is inside it and what is not. Here is the whole scope, before you spend anything.

The three checks

CheckDetail
Sanctions and watchlistsOfficial OFAC, UK, EU, UN and US BIS sanctions and export-control lists, checked on the report date.
Registration and ownershipBusiness registration, legal representative, ownership structure.
Other risk signalsOther public risk indicators found in public sources.

Every finding carries its source. The document is in English and arrives by email within 72 hours of the company name being confirmed. One company, one report.

What that is actually worth

The list check answers the loudest question, and a free instant check on this site already covers the name-match part. What you are paying for beyond that is the second and third rows: whether the company is registered at all, who the legal representative is, what the ownership structure looks like, and which public risk indicators sit next to the name. Those are the checks that turn "the name is not on a list" into "we know who we are dealing with".

How ordering works

  1. Email the company name, the country it is registered in, and what you plan to do with them — sign, ship or pay.
  2. We confirm the company is findable in the relevant registry and that the jurisdiction is one we can cover.
  3. You pay US$100 by card, or by the payment link we send once the company is confirmed.
  4. The report arrives by email within 72 hours of the name being confirmed. If we cannot deliver, you pay nothing.

Start with the free check — it takes seconds, needs no account, and often answers enough of the question that a paid report is not needed yet.

Frequently asked

Why is it a flat price instead of a subscription?

Because most buyers need one company checked, not a seat on a platform. No account, no minimum term, no annual contract to cancel.

What if the company turns out not to exist?

We check findability before payment whenever we can. If we take the payment and then cannot cover the company, it is refunded in full.

What this page does not do. It is a description of scope, not an offer of advice. Nothing in it covers non-public information, and nothing in it decides whether you should proceed with a counterparty.
