These terms govern your use of the services offered at keheai.com (the "Service"), operated by Xi'an Kehe Cross-border E-commerce Co., Ltd. ("Kehe", "we", "us"). By ordering a report or subscribing to a service you agree to them.
1. The Service
We currently offer two services:
Kehe Screening — a company due-diligence report prepared on request. You tell us which company you need checked; we search official sanctions and export-control lists, company registry and ownership records, and send you a written report with sources and a risk rating.
ShipCopy — a writing tool that rewrites text and helps produce launch copy and prompts. It is operated by us and delivered through its own site.
We build and operate these services ourselves. We do not resell third-party software.
2. Your account
The Screening report service does not require an account — you order it by email.
ShipCopy may require an account. Keep your credentials secret; you are responsible for activity under them.
One person or organisation per account. Sharing a single account across unrelated parties is not permitted.
We may suspend an account that we reasonably believe is being used to abuse the Service or violate these terms.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
Break any applicable law or regulation.
Order a report for a purpose that is unlawful, harassing, or intended to harm a person or business without legitimate cause.
Generate content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or that sexualises minors.
Attack, scan, overload or attempt to circumvent authentication, rate limits or billing.
Create accounts by automated means, or farm free promotional allowances.
We may remove content or suspend access where we reasonably believe this section has been breached.
4. Pricing and billing
A Kehe Screening report is a one-off purchase. The current price is shown at the point of order and is quoted before you pay.
ShipCopy is a subscription billed monthly. You can cancel at any time and it will not renew after the current period.
Prices are in US dollars and are subject to change. The price you pay is the price quoted when you order.
Payments are processed by Creem, which acts as our Merchant of Record and the legal seller of record. Your card statement may show Creem.
Taxes (VAT/GST/sales tax) are handled by the Merchant of Record at checkout.
5. Refunds
Purchases on this site are sold by Creem, our Merchant of Record. Refunds follow Creem's Buyer Terms, and we follow it in full.
Where your local consumer law gives you a longer or stronger right (for example 14 days in the EU, EEA, Switzerland and the UK; 7 days in South Korea, Brazil, Canada and China; 5 days in Singapore), that law applies and we honour it.
To stop a subscription: cancel from your account, or use the "Manage subscription" link in your payment confirmation email. Cancelling stops all future payments. You keep access to the end of the period you already paid for.

6. What a report is — and is not
Our reports compile information from official and public sources. They are provided for your own decision-making and are not legal advice, not a regulatory filing, and not a certification or approval of any company. A report records what the sources said at the time of checking; it does not guarantee that a company is compliant, safe or solvent, and companies and lists change. You remain responsible for your own decision. If you need a legal opinion, consult a qualified lawyer in the relevant jurisdiction.
7. Service availability
We aim to keep our services running but we do not offer a service level agreement and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Upstream data sources may experience outages outside our control. We will make reasonable efforts to restore service quickly.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached, if required by law, or if continued provision becomes technically or commercially impractical. If we terminate without cause, we will refund any fee for a service not yet delivered.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, its branding and its code belong to us. A report we prepare is licensed to you for use within your own organisation; you may not resell it or present it as your own product. Text you submit to ShipCopy remains yours; we claim no ownership of your inputs or outputs.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data arising from your use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be dated at the top. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes will be handled by the competent court at our place of registration, unless mandatory consumer law in your country says otherwise.
