Refund Policy

Last updated: 17 September 2026 · Applies to every product we sell

You have 14 days to ask for a refund.

That is the whole policy in one line. Everything below explains how to ask, who processes it, and what your own country's law gives you on top of it.

1. Who sells to you

Purchases on this site are sold by Creem, our Merchant of Record. Creem is the legal seller of record — that is the name you will see on your card or bank statement — and Creem is the party that issues refunds. Refunds follow Creem's Buyer Terms, and we follow it in full.

Our own company, Xi'an Kehe Cross-border E-commerce Co., Ltd., builds and runs the products. We do not handle your card details at any point.

2. The refund window

When you askWhat happens
Within 14 days of your transaction dateYou can request a refund. Ask us and we will action it with Creem, or request it from Creem directly.
After 14 daysCreem's standard terms apply. If something is broken on our side, write to us anyway — a product that does not work as described is a separate matter and we deal with it.

For a subscription, the 14 days run from the date of the payment you want refunded. If your subscription starts with a free trial, the 14 days run from the day the trial ends and your first payment is taken.

3. How to ask

Two ways, either is fine:

4. Your local rights come first

Some countries give you a longer or stronger right than the 14 days above. Where that is the case, your local law applies and we honour it:

Where you areYour statutory window
European Union, EEA, Switzerland, United Kingdom14 days
Türkiye, Israel14 days
South Korea, Brazil, Canada, China7 days
Singapore5 days

If your country is not listed, you still have the 14 days in section 2, and nothing here removes any right your own law gives you.

5. Cancelling a subscription

Cancelling is not the same as a refund, and it is simpler. Cancel any time from your account, or from the "Manage subscription" link in your payment confirmation email. Cancelling stops all future payments. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then it ends.

6. What a refund means for your access

If you are refunded, access to the relevant product ends. For a subscription that means the subscription is cancelled; for a one-off purchase it means the product stops being available to your account. We will tell you in the same email when this takes effect.

7. How long the money takes

Creem processes approved refunds within 14 days, back to the payment method you used. Your bank or card issuer then takes its own time to show it — usually 5–10 business days, and international cards can be slower. We will confirm the refund from our side so you are not left guessing.

8. Chargebacks

Please email us before calling your bank. A chargeback takes weeks to resolve and freezes the money in the meantime; a message to us usually takes a day. If you do file one, Creem handles the dispute process and we provide the order records.

9. Problems with the product itself

If something does not work the way this site says it works, that is on us. Write to harvey@keheai.com and describe what happened. We will either fix it or refund it. This is separate from — and in addition to — the refund window above.

Nothing on this page takes away a right you have by law. If your local consumer law gives you something better than what is written here, that law wins. Write to us and we will apply it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this page. The version that applies to your purchase is the one that was published on the day you bought. The date at the top changes whenever we edit it.
